Technique
Straight leg technique is used- use a straight leg on pass through (no bent knees) with heel low to the ground make sure not to lock your knees to try to achieve this because you could pass out. The key to the technique is rolling through your steps from heel to toe, with high toes in each step and low heels. Swing legs from the hips with lifted posture you want your upper body to look like its floating, stay away from shifting side to side. The smoother you keep your upper body, the easier it is to play and the better you will sound. Legs are aligned in a track "skis" |
